• All course fees are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors.
• If a course is canceled by The Refinery, a full refund will be processed.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and will be subject to approval.

• All course content, including videos, PDFs, and study materials, is intellectual property of The Refinery.
• You are not allowed to share, resell, distribute, or modify any content without prior permission.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing login credentials or giving course access to others.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
• Using our content for commercial purposes without approval.
• Uploading malicious software, spamming, or violating website security.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, following industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
• We do not store credit card, debit card, or UPI details on our website.
• Any transaction disputes should be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours.

• The Refinery is not responsible for payment failures due to network issues, banking errors, or Razorpay’s service disruptions.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from course usage or technical issues.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified via email or a notice on our website.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, and the decision shall be binding.
